Periodistas y comunicadores seràn integrados al Plan Nacional de Vivienda Familia Fèliz

SANTO DOMINGO. – El viceministro de Proyectos de Inversión del Ministerio de la Presidencia, Camel Curi, sostuvo el miércoles un encuentro con el Colegio Dominicano de Periodistas (CDP), el Instituto de Previsión y Protección del Periodista (IPPP), el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Prensa (SNTP), y otros gremios de prensa y comunicación, en el que informó de manera formal la integración de estos profesionales al Plan Nacional de Vivienda Familia Feliz.

Curi indicó, además, que del 11 al 13 de agosto se realizará una feria de vinculación de viviendas para los integrantes de ese sector e invitó a los referidos profesionales a sumarse a esta iniciativa, para que puedan tener su vivienda propia, incluyendo a los comunicadores de la diáspora, señala este jueves un comunicado.

“Este plan viene a satisfacer cualquier necesidad que nunca antes se había logrado. Lo que queremos es que ustedes pasen de tener una vivienda informal a tener una formal y es que los beneficiarios de este Plan van a pagar menos de lo que pagan de alquiler por una vivienda”, explicó el viceministro.

El Plan tienen tres subsidios: el Bono Inicial, que es un aporte que otorga como inicial de la vivienda, a partir del valor del inmueble; Bono Itbis, que aplica para primera vivienda; y Bono Tasa, que es un aporte que se le da al préstamo hipotecario por siete años.

Además, el apoyo del Gobierno no solo consiste en ofrecer las facilidades y los bonos para el acceso a una vivienda digna, sino, también, a un entorno agradable y de recreación, por lo cual las viviendas vienen acompañadas de áreas verdes, entre otros detalles, dependiendo del proyecto, así como charlas de convivencia y educación financiera.
