EL NUEVO DIARIO, SANTO DOMINGO. – El director general del Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil (IDAC), Héctor Porcella, afirmó este viernes que la puesta en operación del Comando Sur de la Fuerza Aérea de la República Dominicana (FARD) en el Aeropuerto María Montez, de Barahona, tendrá un impacto estratégico en la Región, ya que además de fortalecer el sistema aeronáutico nacional, contribuirá a salvaguardar la soberanía aérea y territorial del país.
Además de dejar en funcionamiento el destacamento del Comando Sur de la Fuerza Aérea, el presidente Luis Abinader encabezó la ceremonia formal de inicio de los trabajos de construcción la Base Aérea de Barahona, donde estuvo acompañado del ministro de Defensa, teniente general Carlos Luciano Díaz Morfa; el comandante general de la FARD, Carlos Ramón Febrillet Rodríguez, y el ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza.
También, estuvieron presentes en la doble actividad, el ministro de Salud Pública, Daniel Rivera; el senador de Santiago, Eduardo Estrella; la gobernadora de Barahona, Genera González, el alcalde de Barahona, Míctor Fernández, el director del Departamento Aeroportuario, Víctor Pichardo; y el director general del IDAC, Héctor Porcella.
Porcella compartió una felicitación especial al presidente Abinader; al ministro de Defensa, teniente general Díaz Morfa; al mayor general Carlos Febrillet Rodríguez; y al director aeroportuario, Víctor Pichardo, por asumir la voluntad y articular los esfuerzos necesarios para hacer posibles obras tan importantes para el fortalecimiento de la seguridad nacional y el desarrollo económico de la Región Sur.

Еще один важный тип в Дизайне Человека — Манифестор. Главное предназначение Манифестора — инициировать, начинать и вести за собой. Они не нуждаются в отклике, как Генераторы, и могут сразу принимать решения и действовать. Различие этого типа в том, что они лучше всего проявляют себя, когда свободны от ограничений. Практическая сторона их природы проявляется в том, что они способны запускать процессы и вдохновлять окружающих.
Третий тип — это Проектор. Проекторы – это люди, которые видят потенциал в других и помогают его раскрыть. Они нуждаются в приглашении, прежде чем начать действовать, и могут эффективно использовать энергию, когда работают с другими людьми. Проекторы отличаются тем, что не обладают собственной энергией, но могут эффективно направлять энергию других. Проекторы наиболее эффективны, когда действуют в роли консультантов.
Последний, но не менее важный тип — Рефлектор. Они лучше всего ощущают общие тенденции и могут объективно оценивать ситуацию. Они, как зеркало, отражают общее состояние общества или коллектива. Их рациональная роль заключается в объективной оценке происходящего вокруг.
В итоге можно сказать следующее: Каждый из четырех типов в Дизайне Человека имеет свои индивидуальные особенности, которые помогают им максимально эффективно взаимодействовать с миром.
