Arajet sigue aumentando frecuencias de vuelos hacia otros destinos

EL PORTAVOZ, SANTO DOMINGO. – Arajet, la aerolínea de precios bajos del Caribe inauguró oficialmente sus operaciones en Brasil con vuelos directos entre Sao Paulo y Santo Domingo, y conectando también con Santiago de los Caballeros y con Bávaro y Punta Cana.

Sao Paulo se inauguró como uno de los 22 destinos que ofrece la aerolínea desde tierra dominicana; inicialmente la ciudad brasileña quedará conectada directamente con Santo Domingo con tres frecuencias semanales: lunes, miércoles y sábado desde Sao Paulo a Santo Domingo y desde Santo Domingo a Sao Paulo martes, jueves y domingos.

Flavia Pavie, General Counser & and Chief Compliance Officer de Arajet, expresó que esta nueva ruta  abre la oportunidad a los dominicanos para que puedan conocer y explorar el cono sur de América con las tarifas más bajas del mercado y con una flotilla de aviones nuevos y modernos.

“Hoy Arajet inicia un nuevo capítulo en la aviación nacional con esta conectividad entre la República Dominicana y Brasil que permitirá aumentar la llegada de turistas, fortalecer las relaciones comerciales entre estos países y crecer como hub conectando el continente”. indicó Pavie.

Por su parte, el Sr. John Hazim, Cónsul General de São Paulo, compartió un breve mensaje de la Embajadora de la República Dominicana en Brasil, Patricia Villegas de Jorge “La Embajada de la República Dominicana en Brasil da la bienvenida a Arajet a la capital de São Paulo. Comienza una nueva etapa en las relaciones bilaterales RD-Brasil. ¡Bienvenido a São Paulo!”, precisó.

Julia Orrico, Air Business Manager del Aeropuerto GRU refuerza la importancia de esta nueva ruta y el inicio de las operaciones de Arajet en el país. "El mercado brasileño tiene un enorme potencial, que solo se explotará plenamente cuando el mercado tenga más dinamismo, más aerolíneas y mayor competencia. Un nuevo vínculo con el Caribe ha sido largamente esperado y estamos encantados de ser parte de esa historia".

Sao Paulo es el primero de los nuevos destinos que estará abriendo Arajet en las próximas semanas donde se incluirán Toronto, Montreal, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires y vuelos directos entre Santiago de los Caballeros y Bogotá.
