SANTO DOMINGO.- El alcalde del municipio Los Alcarrizos, Cristian Encarnación, anunció este miércoles su renuncia a la militancia del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), por supuestos maltratos en esa organización.

En un video que circula en las redes sociales, se escucha al edil informando a un grupo de persona sobre su decisión, argumentando que pone “en alto la memoria histórica de José Francisco Peña Gómez”.

“Renuncio, renuncio porque no nací para soportar atropellos ni maltratos, no nací para ser lambón de ningún hombre aquí en la tierra. Yo nací para servir. Que Dios lo perdone. Que viva el pueblo de Los Alcarrizos”, externó Encarnación, en alta voz.

Luego de las primarias del PRM este domingo, circuló el rumor de que el alcalde dimitiría del PRM, supuestamente porque se habrían reservado la candidatura a la alcaldía de esa demarcación. También se indica que Cristian supuestamente se inscribiría en el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), para buscar la boleta en esa entida
