Alcalde Carlos Guzmàn de SDN reconoce labor que realizan pastores evangèlicos en ese municipio

SANTO DOMINGO NORTE.- El alcalde Carlos Guzmán reconoció el trabajo que realizan los pastores y obispos evangélicos de Santo Domingo Norte (SDN) a favor de la demarcación, calificándolos de pilares en el crecimiento de la fe de los munícipes.

La información fue dada a conocer mediante una nota de prensa, donde indicaron que durante un almuerzo en la sede de la Alcaldía de Santo Domingo Norte (ASDN), Guzmán felicitó a los ministros del Señor oriundos del municipio, lugar que consideró idóneo para vivir.

De manera particular, felicitó a Ezequiel Molina por la hazaña de llevar cada 1 de enero la «Batalla de la fe», evento que tiene más de 60 años realizándose de manera seguida.

El edil pidió a Dios le siga dando fortaleza, para que siga intercediendo por el país a través de sus oraciones, en especial por él mismo y el cuerpo de regidores.

De igual manera, Guzmán elogió el trabajo de Juan Tiburcio, obispo de la Iglesia de Dios y de su esposa, Génesis Tiburcio, resaltando que los últimos tres obispos de esa congregación son nativos de SDN.

Previo al almuerzo, el Concejo de Regidores entregó placas de reconocimientos y calificaron a Molina y Tiburcio como «hijos adoptivos» del municipio.

De su lado, el pastor Ezequiel Molina calificó de armónica la relación entre las iglesias cristianas y la ASDN, también agradeció al alcalde Guzmán y a los regidores por el reconocimiento.

Mientras que Juan Tiburcio dijo que es un honor para él, su familia y sus acompañantes, el hecho que lo calificarán como hijo adoptivo.

En la mesa de honor estuvieron junto al alcalde y los pastores evangélicos mencionados, el presidente del Concejo de Regidores, Desiderio Muñoz y la directora  de Desarrollo Social, Rosanna Bidó.

La gestión de Guzmán se ha caracterizado por mantener un acercamiento con las iglesia,  a fin de socializar y llevar de forma conjunta el bienestar de los munícipes.
