SANTO DOMINGO.- Con una inversión de 6 millones de pesos la alcaldesa del Distrito Nacional, Carolina Mejía, dejó iniciados este miércoles los trabajos del nuevo parque Gacela en el sector que lleva el mismo nombre.

Durante la actividad, la alcaldesa dijo sentirse feliz porque hoy se inician los trabajos de esta obra que desde el primer día que los moradores la solicitaron se empezó a trabajar en el proceso para poder iniciar este proyecto.

“Nosotros vinimos hace un año y tres meses e inmediatamente cuando vinimos pudimos visualizar la maravilla que aquí se puede hacer en favor del bienestar de nuestra gente, y cuando yo llegué aquí sentí lo mismo que volví a sentir hoy, qué privilegio tener este espacio para que podamos utilizarlo y se va bien utilizar cuando con la definición de las reglas que la hacemos entre todos, le demos fiel cumplimiento para respetar la convivencia que debe de ser pacífica y agradable
