DGA presenta avances del Operativo de Adecuación de Licencias otorgadas a agentes aduanales y consolidadores de carga

Desde la puesta en marcha del operativo de adecuación, en octubre de 2022, la Dirección General de Aduanas ha evaluado a un total de 986 empresas licenciatarias. Hasta la fecha, se han encontrado y atendido situaciones diversas, identificando 687 empresas en pleno cumplimiento de las regulaciones establecidas, 62 empresas canceladas y 237 empresas suspendidas.

Con el fin de llevar a cabo este operativo, se ha establecido un comité a nivel interno que desempeña un papel fundamental en la correcta aplicación de las nuevas normas y en el aumento de la transparencia del procedimiento. Gracias al análisis realizado por este comité, se han identificado oportunidades de mejora que garantizan el cumplimiento de las necesidades de los usuarios en el futuro.

Este proceso incluye la revisión exhaustiva y auditoría de todos los registros, licencias y solicitudes tramitadas previamente con miras a validar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables. Dentro de la fase de revisión, se está realizando acercamiento con los operadores aduaneros en torno al estatus de sus expedientes.

Próximamente, una vez concluido este operativo, la institución se enfocará en la emisión de licencias alineadas a los requisitos del programa "Burocracia Cero".

Este programa simplificará y agilizará notablemente la obtención de licencias y permisos a través de la plataforma digital de aduanas, lo que permitirá brindar un servicio más eficiente y, al mismo tiempo, impulsará de manera significativa la eficiencia y la transparencia en el sector aduanero.

Con este plan de trabajo, la DGA fortalece la actividad logística del país y mejora la eficiencia en la expedición de permisos y licencias. La institución se mantiene comprometida en su labor de proporcionar un entorno aduanero más ágil y transparente, impulsando el desarrollo económico de la República Dominicana.
