El Ministerio de Educación de la República Dominicana (MINERD) inició la regularización laboral de más de 4,400 docentes que han estado ocupando puestos de técnicos regionales y distritales de forma interina.

Así lo informó el viceministro de Acreditación y Certificación Docente, Francisco D´Oleo, quien dijo al día de hoy, al iniciarse el proceso de registro en la plataforma https://apps.minerd.gob.do/seregtecdocentes, más de 3,700 técnicos interinos han logrado registrarse y más de 200 han cargado toda la documentación solicitada en la Orden Departamental 46-2022.

A pocas horas de iniciarse el proceso, los datos revelan que avanza de forma normal y fluida, tal y como está programado, registrándose hasta el momento más del 80 por ciento de los docentes que trabajan como técnicos interinos en las distintas Direcciones Regionales y Distritales del MINERD.

El viceministro D´Oleo recordó que, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 de la Orden Departamental 46-2022 que regula dicho proceso, los postulantes tiene un plazo de siete días que concluyen el domingo, para registrar los documentos que se especifican en los artículos 8 y 9 de la misma.

“En ese orden, les reiteramos que toda la documentación debe ser cargada a más tardar este fin de semana de forma digital, perfectamente legible y acorde a la información contenida en el formulario de inscripción”, precisó Francisco D´Oleo.

Al remitirle el enlace a los directores regionales y distritales, el viceministro de Acreditación y Certificación Docente les exhortó realizar dicho proceso con la mayor agilidad posible a fin de garantizar la validación de los expedientes.

Objetivos

La regularización del estatus laboral de los más de 4,400 docentes que han estado ocupando puestos de técnicos regionales y distritales de forma interina fue dispuesta por el Ministro de Educación, Ángel Hernández, mediante la Circular 0875, en la que también dispuso prohibir la designación, en cualquier categoría de manera provisional, a personal docente en el Ministerio, conforme al artículo 16 del Reglamento del Estatuto del Docente y al numeral 5.2.1 del Pacto para la Reforma Educativa.

La regularización busca garantizar la calidad educativa, mediante la integración de un personal docente capacitado y con aptitudes que respondan a los intereses de los estudiantes.

Para ello el Ministro Hernández creó, mediante a circular 0875, la Comisión de Evaluación que está integrada por el Viceministerio de Acreditación y Certificación Docente, así como por un representante del Viceministerio de Servicios Técnicos y Pedagógicos, de la Dirección de Orientación y Psicología, de la Dirección de Gestión Humana y de la Dirección de Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación.
