El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (MIREX) informó que, gracias a las gestiones de la Embajada Dominicana en Argentina, los dominicanos residentes de manera irregular en ese país suramericano podrán acogerse al Régimen Especial de Regularización Migratoria aprobado por el Gobierno argentino.
La institución detalló, que a través de este Régimen los dominicanos podrán tramitar y obtener su residencia temporal, cumpliendo con trámites administrativos migratorios mínimos, ágiles y simplificados.
“Agradecemos las gestiones hechas por nuestro embajador en Argentina, Gustavo Hernando, quien gestionó ante las diferentes autoridades competentes, la implementación de un plan de regularización que brindara la oportunidad a nuestros nacionales de obtener su residencia argentina, acogiéndose a los principios de protección a sus derechos humanos. Con esta herramienta nuestros compatriotas podrán insertarse en el mercado de trabajo formal, obtener garantías sociales, acceso a los sistemas de salud, educación y a los planes de asistencia que ofrece el Gobierno argentino”, resaltó el canciller Roberto Álvarez.
La disposición está contenida en una resolución de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones de Argentina en la cual establece que la misma entrará en vigencia en un plazo de 10 días a partir de su publicación y se otorga un plazo de noventa días a los nacionales de los países establecidos para beneficiarse del plan. Lo que se necesita es hacer ante esta Dirección la solicitud previa de un turno para acogerse al plan, con su pasaporte vigente o, en su defecto, certificado de nacionalidad emitido por la autoridad competente; certificado de no antecedentes penales, tanto argentino como el de país de origen; constancia de ingreso legal previo al régimen o declaración jurada si el ingreso no fue legal; comprobante de pago de tasa migratoria o de radicación; acreditación de domicilio y el formulario de solicitud.
El Régimen Especial de Regularización Migratoria en Argentina dispone además la suspensión de las deportaciones de los extranjeros que decidan acogerse a este proceso.
