El PORTAVOZ, SANTO DOMiNGO.- Según fuentes oficiales en las próximas horas el Poder Ejecutivo designaría como nuevo director de la Policía Nacional, al director general de Seguridad de Transito y Transporte Terrestre (DIGESETT), Ramón Guzmán Peralta.

En sustitución del actual director de la institución del orden, el Mayor General Eduardo Alberto Then, quien ocuparía la asesoría policial del Poder Ejecutivo, de acuerdo a los datos suministrados.

La misma fuente reveló que ya el decreto del nuevo director de la Policía Nacional, Peralta Guzmán, se halla depositado en el despacho del Consultor Jurídico del Poder Ejecutivo
