Si Shohei Ohtani es cambiado a otro equipo antes de que venza el plazo para hacerlo el 1ro de agosto, no se quedará en el Sur de California, dijo el analista y colaborador de MLB Network, Jon Heyman.

Heyman, hablando el lunes en un livestream de Bleacher Report, dijo que los Dodgers no negociarán por Ohtani debido a la falta de voluntad del propietario de los Angelinos, Arte Moreno, de cambiar a Ohtani a su rival en el estado de California.

Dicho esto, Heyman afirma que los Dodgers tienen una “gran oportunidad” de acordar con Ohtani en la agencia libre, junto con otros equipos de la Costa Oeste como San Diego y San Francisco.

Además, Heyman estimó que había un 25% de posibilidades de que los Angelinos cambien a Ohtani en la Fecha Límite, y que su actual club tiene entre un “5 y 10%” de posibilidades de firmar a Ohtani a largo plazo en la temporada baja.
