Ell juez del Juzgado de la Instrucción del departamento judicial de Constanza, en la provincia La Vega, impuso tres meses de prisión preventiva, como medida de coerción, contra un profesor acusado de masturbarse en presencia de varias estudiantes de 16 años.
El maestro Juan Carlos Delgado Marte, de 34 años, fue enviado a un centro carcelario de La Vega a cumplir la sanción.
En total son tres las denuncias realizadas por madres de menores de edad que han sido víctimas del maestro.
Según la denuncia, en uno de los casos el educador cometió la acción mientras le daba una bola en su vehículo a las menores de edad, luego de salir del liceo dónde estudian. El nombre del plantel y de las estudiantes se omiten por asuntos legales.
El hecho ocurrió el pasado 28 de marzo de este año.
El órgano investigador le otorgó al proceso la calificación jurídica provisional descrita en los artículos 37, 40, numerales 1,2,3,4 y 5, y 55,68, de la Constitución de la República, además de los artículos 73, 76, 224, 225, 276 del Código Procesal Penal, y 333 del Código Penal Dominicano, así como el artículo 396, literales B Y C de la ley No. 136-03.
