BOCA CHICA.- El Juzgado de Atención Permanente de Santo Domingo Este impuso tres meses de prisión preventiva en contra de una mujer que en medio de una discusión supuestamente le quitó la vida a su pareja sentimental de una estocada en el tórax, en un hecho ocurrido en el distrito municipal La Caleta, Boca Chica.

Se trata de Amancia Castillo Mota (la Peluche), quien le ocasionó la muerte con un arma blanca a su pareja Franklin Alexander Guzmán (Bobalí).

Castillo Mota deberá cumplir la medida privativa de libertad en el Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación (CCR) Najayo Mujeres, en la provincia San Cristóbal, hasta que concluyan las investigaciones sobre la muerte de Guzmán.

El fiscal investigador Geivis Tapia estableció que el hecho ocurrió el día 24 de octubre de 2023, alrededor de las 11:15 de la mañana, mientras la pareja se encontraba en medio de una acalorada discusión en su residencia, ubicada en el sector Las Flores, del distrito municipal La Caleta, del municipio Boca Chica.

Durante el conocimiento de la medida de coerción, el Ministerio Público, representado por el fiscal litigante Leonardo Abreu, mostró ante el tribunal diferentes evidencias que vinculan a la hoy imputada con los hechos.

El Ministerio Público le asignó al caso la calificación jurídica provisional contenida en los artículos 295 y 304 del Código Penal Dominicano, y los artículos 83 y 86 de la Ley 631-16 para el Control y Regulación de Armas, Municiones y Materiales Relacionados.
