La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (Caasd) anunció el lanzamiento de un número único, bajo el slogan “Mejoramos para ser únicos”, con la finalidad de incrementar la calidad en la atención a los usuarios del Distrito Nacional y la provincia.

Así lo informó el director general de la institución, Felipe Suberví (Fellito), quien destacó que a través del 809-562-3500 la población podrá comunicarse de manera rápida y sencilla desde cualquier zona del Gran Santo Domingo, debido a que es una misma línea telefónica, sin importar a la demarcación que corresponda.

Suberví explicó que a través de este número único los ciudadanos de Santo Domingo Norte y Santo Domingo Este también podrán solicitar servicios, realizar pagos, reclamaciones, además de reportar averías en sus localidades.

Asimismo, precisó que podrán ejecutar sus pagos por la vía bancaria y otros canales autorizados por la Corporación, sin importar la zona. Resaltó también las mejoras al sistema de call center.

“Trabajamos para, además de garantizar la calidad en el servicio, también facilitar a los usuarios la comunicación directa con nosotros, teniendo como aliado un sistema que cada vez nos acerca más”, expresó Fellito Suberví.
