El Instituto Nacional de Formación y Capacitación del Magisterio (INAFOCAM), en coordinación con la Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (OEI) y el Instituto Nacional de Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia (INAIPI), iniciaron la octava versión (cohorte) del “Diplomado en Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia”, dirigido al personal de la institución estatal que trabaja en el desarrollo infantil temprano.
Este diplomado tiene como objetivo fortalecer las competencias de los colaboradores del INAIPI, que pertenecen a las redes de servicios a nivel nacional de Primera Infancia y el Desarrollo Infantil Temprano y cuenta con el aval académico de la Universidad de Alcalá (UAH).
El acto fue encabezado por Besaida Manola Santana de Báez, directora ejecutiva del INAIPI; Catalina Andújar, representante residente de la OEI en el país, y Reyna Martínez, técnica docente nacional del Departamento de Formación Continua del INAFOCAM.
Santana de Báez destacó que este es el tercer diplomado que cuenta con el aval UAH. Dijo también que el aprendizaje continuo es una de las mayores fortalezas que el INAIPI les brinda a los colaboradores en sus distintos roles.
En tanto que Catalina Andújar destacó que la actualización permanente del personal que mantiene el INAIPI es una acción necesaria para fortalecer la calidad y equidad de la atención y educación a la primera infancia en el país.
En tanto que Reyna Martínez calificó como importante reconocer los esfuerzos dirigidos a la formación del personal que trabaja con los infantes, con el objetivo de impactar de forma positiva en la calidad de vida de los más pequeños.
Detalles del diplomado
Amy Víctor, especialista en Educación de la OEI, dijo que en el diplomado participarán 440 animadores comunitarios, coordinadores de centros CAIPI y CAFI, agentes y asistentes educativas, coordinadoras educativas, agentes de Desarrollo Social, agentes de Salud Emocional, agentes de Salud y Nutrición, equipo técnico que laboran en diferentes centros CAIPI y CAFI de distintos puntos del país.
Explicó que los participantes recibirán una formación pertinente para la certificación que fortalezca su trabajo en los referidos centros de atención a la Primera Infancia.
También detalló que el Diplomado en Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia está diseñado como curso semipresencial de cinco meses de duración dividido en 10 módulos, con encuentros presenciales quincenales, centrado en brindar respuestas a las distintas necesidades de los niños y niñas de 0-5 años.
Cada módulo tiene una duración de 8 horas, con un total de 80 horas. En cada encuentro se trabaja tanto teoría como actividades prácticas para conectar con la realidad del niño y la niña y construir aprendizajes significativos.
Los módulos a trabajar son: La niña y el niño nacen con los derechos bajo el brazo; Niñas y niños sanos, plenos y felices; Niñas y niños plenos y felices educados por sus familias y comunidades; Niñas y niños aprenden en ambientes educativos potenciadores y Las niñas y los niños necesitan experiencias de aprendizaje planificadas y evaluadas.
También, Las niñas y los niños se comunican; Niños y niñas creativos y sensibles a las artes; Yo juego, tú juegas… todos jugamos muchos juegos; Potenciando aprendizajes en niños y niñas menores de 3 años y la Primera Infancia y su contexto normativo en República Dominicana.
Al acto protocolar asistieron, además, Analía Rosoli, jefa de Cooperación de Educación y Cultura de la oficina de la OEI; Yanett Rodríguez, subdirectora de Gestión Institucional del INAIPI; así como Penélope Melo, directora de Desarrollo Infantil; Casimiro Toledo, director administrativo y financiero, y Laura Concepción, directora de Articulación Territorial, entre otras personalidades.
