El Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional (INFOTEP) y la Cámara de Comercio y Producción de la provincia Peravia firmaron un acuerdo para fortalecer la calidad de los servicios que ofrecen las empresas de la región Sur del país.
El convenio, firmado por el director general del INFOTEP, Rafael Santos Badía, y el presidente de la Cámara, Pelagio Pérez Guzmán, tendrá una vigencia de tres años y contempla mejorar las capacidades técnicas y gerenciales de los miembros de la agrupación empresarial.
Rafael Santos Badía explicó que entre las acciones formativas que serán impartidas, están Contabilidad Impositiva, Emprendimiento, Operador de Drones, Teletrabajo, Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas, Manejo de Empresas Agropecuarias, Supervisión, Guía Turístico, Etiqueta y Protocolo Corporativo, Habilidades Tecnológicas y de Ciberseguridad, Transformación Digital para Empresas, Community Manager, Marketing Digital para PyMES y Servicio al Cliente.
“Este es un importante proyecto, enfocado en impulsar la economía de Peravia, a fin de impactar la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de las empresas, buscando generar empleos de calidad e ingresos que promuevan la consolidación de una mayor capacidad financiera y una mejor calidad de vida”, expresó Rafael Santos Badía.
El presidente de la Cámara, Pelagio Pérez Guzmán, confirmó que con la firma de este convenio buscan fortalecer las habilidades blandas, técnicas y gerenciales de los colaboradores de las empresas asociadas a esta Cámara de Comercio, para impactar la calidad de los productos y servicios, mejorar el aprovechamiento del tiempo y aumentar la productividad.
“Reiteramos nuestro agradecimiento al INFOTEP, por los aportes a la mejora continua de los procesos administrativos y la actualización de los recursos humanos, y rogamos a Dios que continúe aportando al desarrollo económico y social de nuestro país República Dominicana”, expresó.
Sobre el acuerdo
El acuerdo contempla que las empresas que forman parte de la Cámara de Comercio y Producción de Peravia cuenten con asistencia técnica y asesoría del INFOTEP; en las áreas de Planificación Estratégica, 5´S y Gestión del Capital Humano.
Además de acceder a programas innovadores de capacitación, orientados especialmente a la industria 4.0 aplicada a los sectores agrícola, comercio y turístico.
Asimismo, la Cámara se compromete a promover entre sus miembros y relacionados, el programa de Formación Dual del INFOTEP.
