Jueza acoge peticiòn del general Julio Camilo Santos Viola sobre perito analice pruebas

La jueza Yanibet Rivas, del Sexto Juzgado de la Instrucción del Distrito Nacional, permitió que un perito contable analice las pruebas presentadas en contra del general Julio Camilo de los Santos Viola y varios miembros de su familia, imputados en el caso Coral 5G.

La magistrada tomó la decisión al acoger un pedimento presentado por la abogada Wendy Lora, quien con el experto, busca controvertir los medios de pruebas que dice tener en contra de su cliente el Ministerio Público.

La jueza dispuso que la defensa de los imputados lleve a la secretaria del tribunal este miércoles la documentación que serán analizadas y el nombre del perito que tendrá a su cargo el análisis de las pruebas aportadas por la Procuraduría Especializada de Persecución de la Corrupción Administrativa (Pepca).

Además del general De los Santos Viola, solicitaron la designación del perito, su hermana Lucia de los Santos Viola, Elida María Trinidad Santiago.

Igualmente, Enmanuel Antonio Alba Trinidad, Manuel de Jesús Alba Solano, Pedro José Pérez Ferreiras, Jonatan José Ravelo González y Onoris Beatriz Soto de los Santos.

El imputado De los Santos Viola fue arrestado el 17 de noviembre y se le dictó prisión preventiva, el cual cumple en el Centro Correccional y de Rehabilitación Najayo Hombres, en la provincia de San Cristóbal.

Los demás implicados en el caso y que ya se les dictó medida de coerción son los generales Boanerges Reyes Batista (ARD) y a Juan Carlos Torres Robiou (FARD), así como al mayor José Manuel Rosario Pirón (PN), al capitán de navío Franklin Antonio Mata Flores (ARD) y al coronel Yehudy Blandesmil Guzmán Alcántara.

Figuran además como imputados el coronel Miguel Ventura Pichardo (FARD), Esmeralda Ortega Polanco, César Félix Ramos Ovalle, la primera tenienta Jehohanan Lucía Rodríguez Jiménez, al teniente coronel Erasmo Roger Pérez Núñez, el Carlos Augusto Lantigua Cruz y el teniente coronel Kelman Santana Martínez (ERD).
