AEROPUERTO LAS AMERICAS.- La Dirección General de Ética e Integridad Gubernamental (DIGEIGRD) felicitó al Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil (IDAC) por alcanzar la calificación de 99 puntos en su informe del primer trimestre de este año 2022, en el cumplimiento de los estándares de transparencia exigidos para los portales de las diversas instituciones públicas.

El reconocimiento se hizo mediante una comunicación enviada al IDAC, en la cual la DIGEIGRD felicita a la institución por la puntuación alcanzada en el referido período del presente año.

Ante la distinción recibida, el director interino del IDAC, Héctor Porcella Dumas, felicitó a todo el personal de la institución por dicha puntuación otorgada a ese organismo esencialmente técnico.

“Sobre el cumplimiento de los estándares en los Portales de Transparencia, queremos felicitar al IDAC, por haber obtenido una calificación de 99 puntos. Le exhortamos a seguir manteniendo la actualización oportuna de las informaciones en el portal de transparencia”, precisa la comunicación.

De acuerdo con la evaluación de la Dirección General de Ética e Integridad Gubernamental el Portal de Transparencia del IDAC obtuvo una calificación de 99 puntos.

De igual manera Ortiz Bosch señala en su comunicación, “que la transparencia es el capital más importante de la gestión del gobierno y más que una meta en sí misma, representa la mejora de la calidad de la administración pública y por ende de los servicios que recibe el ciudadano”.

Entre los aspectos evaluados se destaca el derecho de los ciudadanos de acceder a la información pública; nóminas de empleados, jubilaciones, pensiones y retiros; en Descripción de Proyectos y Programas, informes de seguimiento y presupuesto.

En cuanto a finanzas la evaluación destaca el cumplimiento de los informes de ingresos y egresos, informes de auditorías, sobre los activos fijos y en el inventario de su almacén.

También en ofrecer información básica sobre servicios públicos; de su Plan Estratégico Institucional, su Plan Operativo Anual, las Memorias Institucionales, ejecución presupuestaria.

Finalmente, Héctor Porcella reiteró el compromiso que tiene esa institución de continuar trabajando por la transparencia y agradeció la confianza depositada en él por el presidente Luis Abinader.
