El Ministerio de Cultura y la Dirección General de Museos finalizan los preparativos para la celebración de la “Noche Larga de los Museos 2022”, evento que tendrá lugar este sábado, con acceso libre de costo para visitar museos e instituciones culturales estatales, privadas, municipales y comunitarias del país.
Mediante una nota de prensa emitida por la Dirección de Comunicaciones, el Ministerio aseguró que los museos públicos de la Ciudad Colonial y la Plaza de la Cultura Juan Pablo Duarte, en Santo Domingo, así como los situados en Santiago, Puerto Plata y Moca, están prácticamente preparados para recibir al público en sus instalaciones.
De igual modo, las instituciones privadas que se han unido a esta celebración se encuentran inmersas en las labores organizativas previas para llevar a cabo sus respectivos programas de actividades durante esta jornada.
En esta tradicional fiesta cultural, los asistentes podrán disfrutar de una cartelera lúdica y de actividades educativas que se desarrollarán en los diferentes espacios, desde las 10:00 de la mañana hasta las 12:00 de la medianoche.
Dicha agenda incluye obras teatrales, cortometrajes, exposiciones fotográficas, recitales poéticos, ballet, talleres, degustaciones gastronómicas y actividades infantiles.
Además, el Ministerio de Cultura y la Dirección General de Museos desarrollarán un programa musical con presentaciones a cargo del Coro Koribe, Escuela de Música Ñico Lora, el Coro Nacional de Niños Dominicanos y las agrupaciones Bonyé, Drumayor, Los Guloyas, Sangre Mulata, Taimáscaros y Yucahu Band, entre otros.
En la Fortaleza de Santo Domingo se agiliza el montaje de la tarima y equipos de sonido para la celebración del “Festival de la Música”, evento organizado por la Alianza Francesa y la Embajada de Francia que ofrecerá presentaciones artísticas a cargo de agrupaciones locales.
Entre los artistas dominicanos que subirán al escenario en este festival destacan el cantautor Pavel Núñez, la agrupación de pop-rock alternativo Poolpo, el intérprete de rock Pablo Cavallo y la cantante de música tropical alternativa Nikola.
Dispositivo de seguridad
Un amplio dispositivo de seguridad será desplegado en la Ciudad Colonial y la Plaza de la Cultura, en Santo Domingo, así como en los museos y centros culturales participantes ubicados en las diferentes provincias, con el fin de garantizar la integridad física del público que asista a esta fiesta cultural.
Los agentes estarán apostados en puntos estratégicos para preservar el orden y que la población pueda trasladarse con confianza hacia los diferentes recintos culturales.
