Policía apresa 150 personas y recupera armas de fuego

La Policía Nacional apresó a 150 personas por la comisión de distintos delitos y recuperó 8 armas de fuego, 4 vehículos, 16 motocicletas, 1 bicicleta, 2 bocinas, 1 tableta, 3 celulares y prendas preciosas.

Entre los hechos más relevantes está la detención de dos hermanos en la provincia Peravia, que eran buscados mediante orden de arresto por el secuestro de un tercer hombre, ellos son Rivelvin Leónidas Núñez Hernández (a) Ricky, de 33 años, y Yeuris Alberto Núñez Hernández, de 29, por el hecho que el pasado 25-12-2021 secuestraron a un ciudadano, por quien exigían la suma de RD$175,000.00 para su liberación.

Mientras que, en La Vega, fue detenido mediante orden de arresto y puesto a disposición de la justicia, Sergio Antonio, de 59 años, acusado violencia de género en contra de su expareja, cuyo nombre se reserva.

En el municipio de Sosúa, provincia Puerto Plata, fueron detenidos Robinson Arias López, de 32 años, y Miguel Antonio Francisco Cabrera, de 30, acusados del robo de una pistola, siendo este último de los prevenidos quien tenía escondida en un solar baldío la pistola Carandaí, calibre 9mm serie G39000 negro, sustraída el pasado 01-01-2022, a su legítimo dueño.

En San Cristóbal, fue arrestado en flagrante delito Juan Cirilo Medrano, de 18 años, en la calle Estanislao Cruz del sector La Maniguas de Doña Ana, cuando violaba a una niña de 11 años; el reporte preliminar de este caso refiere que la madre de la menor había llamado al Sistema de Atención a Emergencia y Seguridad 9-1-1.

En otro orden, agentes policiales en el Distrito Municipal de Payita del municipio de Cabrera, provincia María Trinidad Sánchez, localizaron la motocicleta marca Yamaha 115, color rojo, la cual fue sustraída el jueves 3 de febrero.

Mientras que en Salcedo fue detenido mediante orden de arresto, Luis Agustín Rodríguez Díaz (a) El Peje, de 51 años, acusado por Jesús María Arroyo, de 46, de haberlo herido de bala en medio de una riña ocurrida el pasado 30 de enero, motivado a que la víctima tiene una banca que penetra en la propiedad del agresor.

Las acciones desplegadas por los miembros policiales dieron como resultado la recuperación de la motocicleta marca Suzuki AX-100, negra, modelo 2012, la cual figura con una denuncia por robo el pasado 20-11-2021.

En Jarabacoa, provincia La Vega, fue detenido Dayan Abreu, de 31 años, tras haber agredido físicamente y amenazar de muerte al cabo policial Luis Manuel Sosa, de la misma edad, causándole una herida en la muñeca izquierda.

Hasta el momento se investigan los motivos que originaron el hecho.

La Policía Nacional informó que los detenidos y todo lo ocupado están bajo control del Ministerio Público para los fines legales correspondientes y reiteró que durante la gestión del mayor general Eduardo Alberto Then, se seguirán realzando estas acciones preventivas con el fin de garantizar la seguridad y llevar la tranquilidad a la sociedad.
