Presidente Abinader entrega apartamentos a 60 familias en Los Salados, Santiago

Como parte del Plan Mi Vivienda, el presidente Luis Abinader hizo entrega de 60 apartamentos, a igual número de familias del barrio Los Salados, quienes podrán mudarse dignamente a su techo propio con papeles y seguridad.

Es la primera entrega del proyecto que beneficiará a más de 2,165 personas y generará más de 1,300 empleos directos, con una inversión de RD$1,505 millones.

“Hoy iniciamos las entregas del Plan Mi Vivienda en Santiago de los Caballeros. Un proyecto que cuenta con un total de 656 unidades, más de 7 mil m2 de áreas verdes, cancha de baloncesto, áreas de juegos, recreativas y de ejercicios, así como parqueos para carros y motores”, informó.

El mandatario reafirmó que su gestión de Gobierno está comprometida con garantizar el derecho a la vivienda y establecer oportunidades para que todos puedan optar por tener la vivienda que tanto sueñan.

El Plan Mi Vivienda, que se ejecuta con una inversión de más de RD$15 mil millones, pretende beneficiar a cerca de 25 mil personas y generar más de 55 mil empleos directos e indirectos.

Actualmente más de 3,900 familias ya cuentan con su bono Mi Vivienda que representa un subsidio de hasta un 60% del costo, y se estima que para el cierre de 2022 se habrán entregado a más de 7 mil familias.

“Nuestro gobierno está decidido a transformar este país con acciones concretas, medibles y que siempre respondan a los intereses del pueblo dominicano. Aquí una vez más hacemos, cumplimos y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar la vida de la gente, de nuestra gente. Solo nos mueve eso”, agregó el jefe de Estado.

Añadió que tener una casita es el mejor tesoro que muchos dominicanos aspiran a tener por lo que se han desplegado “numerosos proyectos que persiguen generar un parque de viviendas al que puedan acceder el mayor número de dominicanos y dominicanas”.

De su lado, el ministro de Vivienda, Carlos Bonilla, expresó que ha sido un gran esfuerzo en equipo llegar aquí en tiempo récord, y que se está cambiando la manera en la que se sirve a los ciudadanos.

“Esto no es solo un logro de un Gobierno que cumple con su gente, sino que es un logro de los ciudadanos que, como ustedes, quieren que su familia progrese, que el país progrese”, dijo Bonilla.

En tanto, el administrador de BanReservas, Samuel Pereyra, recordó el compromiso contraído por el presidente Abinader al tomar su mandato, de combatir el déficit habitacional y que gozarán de un 8% de tasa fija por los próximos 6 años.
